Returns & Cancellation Policy
We at Onelife Organic trust in fulfilling and pleasing our customers. The products that we sell are certified organic and undoubtedly the most excellent that customers can obtain at the cost. However, we regret to say that at the moment, we do not accept returns once the item is sold since it is food products.
What is Onelife Organic’s Cancellation Policy?
After placing an order, in case if you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been processed and is in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded back.
I have cancelled my order. When can I expect to get my refund?
For the payments made using Debit card, Credit card or by Net Banking, you’ll get a refund in your onelifeorganic.com account immediately after you cancelled your order. If you’ve made the payment using Net Banking, Credit Card or Debit Card and want to get the refund back in your bank account, then please contact us with our customer care team. Refund, if approved, will be processed within 10-12 business days.
Can the shipping address of order changed after placing it?
Surely, you can change your order’s shipping address before we’ve processed it easily by getting in touch with our customer care representative.
